Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the sales and leasing process
• Build trust and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
• Maintain knowledge of Hyundai inventory, technology, and financing programs
• Work closely with management and support staff to exceed customer expectations

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The

ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in

automotive repair, ensuring that vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively. This

role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while maintaining

high standards of safety and quality in all repairs.

Duties:

• Diagnose and repair automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and installations.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and components.
• Align wheels and adjust suspensions to manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs.

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with reading schematics for various automotive systems.
• Experience in automotive repair, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
• Knowledge of alignment procedures and techniques for various vehicle types.
